The legal basis for processing your information is your consent and, where applicable, the performance of a contract between you and The Skin Edit Studio.

All personal data is collected directly from you, either through our online contact forms or in-person consultations. We do not obtain your information from third-party sources.

We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers where necessary. Specifically, we use Timely, a client management and booking platform, to process and securely store your data. Your data may be transferred outside the EU — for example, to Timely’s servers in the United States. In these cases, appropriate safeguards are in place, including a data processing agreement with Timely that meets GDPR requirements.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, regulatory, or treatment-related obligations, or until you request that your data be deleted.

As a data subject, you have the right to access your personal information, request corrections, ask for your data to be deleted, or receive a copy in a commonly used and transferable format.
